We build your floor plan.
Send a photo, a PDF or a CAD export and every desk, room and floor is mapped before your kickoff call. You walk into a working office, not an empty project. After that you move things yourself by dragging them.

Why accuracy first
Most workplace tools report numbers nobody trusts. Every space is typed as a desk, unavailable rooms still count as bookable, and the utilization figure is inflated before anyone books anything.
We built Gridero the other way up: model desks, rooms and floors as different things, so the number you take into a lease conversation is one you can defend.
