What does flat-rate mean?
One price for your whole organization, up to the plan's user limit. Hiring three people doesn't change the invoice, and nobody has to decide who "deserves" a seat. Compare that to per-user tools, where a 50-person office pays $1,500–3,000 a year for the same desks and rooms.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, and it costs the same. Monthly and annual are the same price per month on every plan, so paying monthly is not penalised. Annual puts the year on one invoice, which is easier if you need a single PO. Switch between them whenever you like.
We have several hundred people. Which plan?
Core. It has no user limit, so headcount never changes what you pay. Core is billed per site rather than per organization, so a second office adds another site and the first one does not get more expensive. SSO, per-space-type booking rules and utilization exports are all included.
What counts as an active booking user?
Anyone who creates or modifies a booking that month. Employees who only view the map or check availability don't count, because charging for people who are only looking is not fair.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you've added a payment method, billing starts automatically at the plan you selected. If not, your account pauses for 14 days — your data stays intact and you can reactivate anytime.
Can I add more sites on Core?
Yes. Each additional site is $199/month, prorated from the day you add it. Every site gets its own buildings, floors, and maps.
