Common questions
What counts as an active booking user?
Anyone who creates or modifies a booking that month. Employees who only view the map or check availability don't count — we think it's unfair to charge you for people who are just looking.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you've added a payment method, billing starts automatically at the plan you selected. If not, your account pauses for 14 days — your data stays intact and you can reactivate anytime.
Is billing really annual only?
For now, yes. Annual billing is how we keep our prices 3–5x lower than competitors who charge monthly. We'd rather pass the savings on to you than build in the flexibility overhead.
Can I add more sites on Core?
Yes. Each additional site is $199/month, prorated from the day you add it. Every site gets its own buildings, floors, and maps.
