Gridero doesn't have a permanent free plan, and we'd rather say so in the first paragraph than three pages in.
What we do have is the founding customer program: six months free, no credit card, with your floor plan built for you before the kickoff call. Ten slots in total. If you stay after the six months, your first paid year is locked at 50% off. If you don't, there's no invoice and no contract to get out of.
Who this is for
Offices where nobody does this full time
Most workplace software is built for a facilities team of five. In an office of 11 to 50 people there is no facilities team. There's one person who has the office job plus five others, and a booking tool that quietly expects to be fed.
Gridero is built the other way up: accurate data first, sized for one person running one or two offices. If the tool needs a full-time administrator, we got the design wrong.

That's the line for the founding program. Bigger offices can still use Gridero, but the offer below is sized for smaller teams.
